South Africa Mhoba SAWP (South African Peated Whisky) edition from Mhoba Rum Distillery was produced from fresh-pressed cane juice, long-fermented with wild yeast and distilled on the artisanal distillery’s custom pot stills. Distilled in 2018, the distillate was placed in two South African peated whisky casks for six years. Aged and bottled entirely at the distillery, it is presented at 59% ABV. There are only two casks of this expression in existence, 510 bottles total, a Holmes Cay exclusive.
